💌 Processing & Shipping
Processing Time:
All journals are handmade with care! Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
Shipping Time:
We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times:
• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• International: Delivery times vary by destination.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
High Risk Orders:
Sometimes, orders will come through as high risk for a couple different reasons: 1. The card has been used previously for chargebacks, 2. Billing info doesn't match the card 3. Shipping address doesn't match the card. Starting immediately any orders that come in as high risk will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns & Exchanges:
I accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to me in its original condition. Once I receive the returned item, I will process your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos, and I will make it right!
Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
💳 Payment & Chargebacks
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other available checkout methods on the site.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Chargebacks:
All chargebacks will be disputed with supporting evidence, including order confirmations, tracking information, and communication records.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is in the hands of the carrier, I unfortunately can’t control delays.
If your order seems significantly delayed or lost, please reach out — I’m happy to help you file a claim or look into it.
